Oh yeah, this is finally done! 
I'm pretty happy with how it turned out...except for Ulquiorra's face, but oh well! 
I polled several people of their favorite Orihime pairings, and the top three were Ulquiorra, Ichigo, and then Grimmjow, so I decided to make Orihime "Sookie" here and the three men her vampiric/werewolf suitors! (Personally, Ulquiorra is SO Bill from the book series!
)
The process? Basically, I took this True Blood Poster, drew by hand the Bleach characters to mimic the poster, scanned, colored via PS5 and added the poster's textures to the image.
So...much....editing....but I'm pretty happy with it.
